Thank you for choosing The Peach Pit for your event! The Peach Pit is the most unique photo booth experience in the Cincinnati area. We bring the fun to your event, your guests are sure to love it! Our 1968 vintage Scotty camper is sweet as a peach. These policies are in place so that you know what to expect from us and what we expect from you before your event begins. Please read these carefully and retain a copy for your records.
Booking Fee: A $500 nonrefundable retainer fee is due at the time of booking and will reserve your time slot. The retainer fee may be transferred to another date due to weather, illness, or any other extenuating circumstance at the discretion of Laura Hicks Photography. The remaining amount is due in full the day of the event.
A pre-session phone call or meeting is highly encouraged so we can discuss your unique session in detail.
The session fee includes the package details, as laid out below. Additional items may be added on for a fee.
Cancellations/rescheduling policy: Due to unforeseen reasons, it may be necessary to reschedule or cancel an event. A 24-hour notice is required. A $150 rescheduling fee will apply at Laura’s discretion in cases where rescheduling is excessive or not timely. If a session is permanently canceled by the client, the retainer will be forfeited. Laura Hicks Photography reserves the right to reschedule sessions for inclement weather in order to protect her equipment and deliver quality images.
